✨ Out-of-Hours Lash Extension Service Policy ✨

We understand that our clients have busy lives and may sometimes require appointments outside of regular business hours. To accommodate your needs, we are pleased to offer Out-of-Hours Classic Lash Extension Services, subject to availability.

⏰ What Qualifies as Out-of-Hours?

Any appointment before 9:00 AM or after 6:00 PM (Mon–Sat), or anytime on Sundays or public holidays, is considered out-of-hours.

💵 Out-of-Hours Fee

An additional £20 fee applies to all out-of-hours lash appointments.

📅 Booking Requirements
• Out-of-hours appointments must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• A non-refundable deposit (50% of the total service + out-of-hours fee) is required at time of booking.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid loss of deposit.
